The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No transactions below this limit will be processed.
Withdrawal Processing Time
After successful verification, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. For bank transfers, some delay may occur depending on the processing time of the bank involved.
Deposit Ownership
Deposits must be made only from the user's own account. Using a third party's account or identity for transactions is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, 33bet reserves the right to confiscate the relevant funds.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or a deposit of ৳42,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total of ৳62,000.
Wagering Requirement
A wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount applies to the welcome bonus. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total of deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be completed first.
- Restrictions on certain game categories may apply when wagering with bonus funds.
- 33bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant bonus will be cancelled.
VIP Program
The 33bet VIP program has five tiers, with weekly cashback provided at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's overall activity on the platform.
5. Prohibited Activities
Strictly Prohibited
The following activities are completely prohibited on the 33bet platform:
- Cheating, match-fixing, or engaging in any dishonest means of playing or betting.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to conduct gameplay.
- Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
- Using multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
- Conducting fraudulent activities against other users.
Consequences of Violations
If any of the above violations are detected, 33bet reserves the right to close the relevant account without prior notice, confiscate the balance, and take legal action if necessary. Any winnings obtained through fraud will be considered void.
